UNISA Registration Fee 2025-2026

UNISA Registration Fee 2025-2026: Unisa fees brochure

The UNISA registration fee is the amount required to formally enrol in courses at the University of South Africa for a specific academic term or year. This fee, which covers administrative costs, is separate from tuition fees, which are for the actual instruction and coursework. The registration fee must typically be paid at the start of each academic period, and its amount can vary depending on your level of study and the program you are joining.

A minimum fee must be paid before the registration deadline for each module or paper you enroll in. If this payment is not made by the deadline, the university will not process your registration. After the minimum amount is paid, you must settle the remaining balance by the specified dates.

All fees should be paid into UNISA’s official bank account with the correct reference number. Failure to do so will prevent the university from processing your registration by the deadline. If you have a letter from an employer or sponsor confirming their responsibility for the payment, the university can provide a quotation to them. Registration will only be confirmed once the minimum payment is received by the deadline. It is your responsibility to ensure that the employer or sponsor makes the payment on time. Late payments will not be accepted. It is recommended that students pay their fees and then claim reimbursement from the sponsor.
