If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed due to misidentification, you can submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with:

  • Identification: Description of the content that was removed or disabled and its former location.
  • Statement: A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was mistakenly taken down.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: An agreement that you will accept service of process from the person (or their agent) who provided the original DMCA notification.
  • Your Contact Details: Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district (or any jurisdiction where Onlineunisa.co.za can be found if outside the U.S.).
  • Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.

Removal and Disabling of Content:

Upon receiving a legitimate DMCA notice, Onlineunisa.co.za will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the content provider or user about the removal and the reason behind it.

Repeat Infringers:

Onlineunisa.co.za maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers as per our internal processes and discretion.
