If you want to access the UNISA Application tool for your online application for admission, follow the steps below:
- Go to the internet browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc).
- Visit UNISA website: www.unisa.ac.za
- Click on the UNISA Application Tool 2025 link on the UNISA homepage
- Please, type in your voucher ID or Username and password
- If you can log in successfully, you will be directed to the application tool dashboard.
- Click on any of the items you see on your homepage/dashboard to check or track your application for admission status or make a new application
Please you have to note that you must apply for admission for a new qualification. If you meet the admission requirements and have been offered a space, you have to accept the offer for the prescribed time before you will be able to register.
UNISA Required Documents for 2025-2026 Application
All applicants who are starting a new qualification should upload all the required documents, which consist of the following:
- A copy of your school qualifications (eg senior certificate, National senior certificate)
- A copy of your own official tertiary academic record (s) (if applicable) (internet copies will not be accepted)
- Your ID document copy (RSA students) or ID/ passport (international students)
- A copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable) or divorce decree ( if applicable)
- Sworn translations of documents if they are not in English or Afrikaans
