How Long Does It Take To Get A Reply From Unisa Application 2023?

The 2023 online application at Unisa will commence on the 1st of September 2022 and will be closing on the 14th of October 2022. All applicants are to know that it will take a while before they get a reply from Unisa after the submission of their application. Unisa will assess your application according to the academic admission requirements for your qualification of choice and your final mark received at the undergraduate level. Applications follow a formal selection and approval process, which may take up to three months to be finalised.

Unisa will assess your application, which includes the points score system. You may be offered admission for the 2023 academic year based on whether you meet the academic admission requirements for your qualification of choice, your minimum academic points score (APS) and the number of spaces available for the qualification for which you have applied.

After the review process by Unisa, applicants will be informed as to whether or not their application was successful, and whether the qualification that the applicants applied for was granted to them or not.

How Long Does It Take To Get A Reply From Unisa Application?

It takes at least three(3) months to receive a response from Unisa after an applicant has successfully submitted. Make sure the contact details (cell or phone numberer and email address) you provided to Unisa during the application process are still working and active all day. But for the convenience of applicants, Unisa has provided a system to check and track the application status of their application.

  • Fill in your personal details for verification
  • Enter your student number
  • Type in your Surname/Last name in the space provided
  • Enter your First name/Forename
  • Select your Date of Birth
  • Complete your UNISA status for 2023 admission by clicking on the Submit button

  • It is important to note that you will not automatically be accepted to study through Unisa in 2023. Students will be accommodated on the basis of the number of spaces available for each qualification.
