Will Unisa Open For Second Semester Registration?

Will Unisa Date Be Open For Second Semester Registration?

The 2023 academic year for Unisa consists of two semesters which are the first semester which opens from the 4th of January to the 24th of January 2023 and the second semester which also opens from the 20th of June to the  18th of July 2023. Students may also register their modules for semester 2 during this period if they wish to do so, provided there are no pre-requisite requirements for modules.

Applicants (new applicants & Unisa students who applied for admission to a new qualification) may only register if they have received an offer of placement from Unisa and have accepted the offer online. Unisa reserves the right to not process and/or cancel your registration if it is found that you were incorrectly admitted to a qualification.

The average student who registers between 4 to 6 modules per year will have to pay a fee between R1 815,00 and R7 550,00 per module (these amounts are subject to change). The module costs do not include your prescribed books. Books are an additional cost that you must factor into your calculations for your full costs of study.
