The University of South Africa (UNISA) Online Applications for Admission to Undergraduate qualifications (higher certificates, advanced certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas & degrees) for the 2024 academic year will be open from 1 September 2023 to 13 October 2023. Therefore, prospective applicants who want to study at UNISA for the 2024 Academic year must apply for admission before the closing date or deadline. Remember to pay Unisa online application fee of R135.00 for the 2024 academic year.

How to Apply at UNISA Admission Online 2024-2025: UNISA Undergraduate Application 2024

Anyone interested in beginning a new qualification at UNISA must apply for admission to the 2024 academic year which includes the following:

UNISA applicants who are making their first application
Students at UNISA who are pursuing a new qualification or specialization are encouraged to apply.
Candidates who earlier on applied for admission but were not awarded a space
A student who was promised a space but did not register and accepted the offer.
Students who have completed a higher certificate or any other program and wish to pursue undergraduate study.

During the specified application period, all applications for admission must be submitted via online.

Everyone who wish to apply for admission at UNISA for the 2024 academic year should follow the processes below:

A maximum of two qualifications, listed in order of preference, may be applied for even though you may register for only one if both of your qualifications are successful
The results of your application will be communicated to you by UNISA. If you are accepted, They will tell you the qualification you have been accepted for and will offer you a space for the term you applied for that is first 1st semester of 2024
You have a certain amount of time to accept or reject UNISA’s offer. If you miss the deadline, UNISA will cancel your offer and give your space to another candidate.
You are allowed to accept ONLY one offer. This means that if you accept an offer for one qualification whether it’s your first or second option, the other will automatically be withdrawn.
You must register for the term for which you have been granted admission if you accept Unisa’s offer (semester 1).
