The University of South Africa (UNISA) Online Application for 2024 Undergraduate qualifications (higher certificates, advanced certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas & degrees) will be open from 1st September 2023 to 13th October 2023. All prospective applicants should take note of these dates in order to apply on time with an online application fee of R135.00

Required Documents for UNISA Undergraduate Online Application 2024-2025
Everyone applying to study at UNISA for 2024 to a new undergraduate programme must submit the following needed supporting documents:
- A Copy of your school qualifications (Senior Certificate, National Senior Certificate)
- Copy of your official tertiary academic record(s) (if applicable) (internet copies will not be accepted)
- A Copy of your ID document (RSA students) or ID/passport (international students)
- Copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable) or divorce decree (if applicable)
- A Sworn translations of documents if they are not in English or Afrikaans
UNISA Undergraduate Online Application Fee 2024-2025
Pay the online application fee of R125.00 once you have received a student number from UNISA. Please, be reminded that this fee is non-refundable even if you decide not to study through UNISA, do not qualify for admission to UNISA or cannot be offered a space due to limited spaces available.
The deadline for the application fee is the closing date for the application period. Any application submitted without an application fee paid on time will not be processed. Please make sure that you keep a copy of your proof of payment.
How to Apply Online for UNISA Undergraduate Qualification 2024
University of South Africa (UNISA) Undergraduate application for the 2024-2025 academic year is basically online. Follow the steps below to submit your application online
- Go to www.unisa.ac.za apply for 2024
- Click on the “Apply for Admission” tab
- Then, click on Undergraduate qualification
- Choose the programme you wish to apply
- Click on “Apply Online” to begin the process
- UNISA Application Tool portal will be open
- Answer the following questions and process
- Fill out the online application form with your details
- Complete and submit your application for evaluation
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure that your application is complete. If your application for admission to study through Unisa is incomplete, you will have to re-apply during the next application period. Applicants who do not qualify for admission will get feedback as soon as their applications are process.
