When Will I Know If Your Unisa Application Has Been Accepted?
If you applied for a qualification that is not yet full, you will receive feedback as soon as your application is processed. Please note that this may take some time, however, as Unisa has received thousands of applications.
If you have applied for a qualification with limited spaces, and you qualify for admission, your application will go through a ranking process. If there is space, you will receive an offer from Unisa for the 2025 academic year.
NOTE:
- Spaces are limited. If you qualify for admission but do not receive an offer, you will be placed on a waiting list. Applicants on the waiting list will only be accommodated once spaces become available.
- Applicants on the waiting list may only hear during the registration period whether or not there is additional space.
How To Accept Unisa’s Admission Application Offer 2025
- If your application for admission to the 2025 academic year is successful, Unisa will offer you a space for the period for which you have applied and will also indicate for which qualification you are being offered a space.
- You must accept or decline Unisa’s offer within the prescribed period (10 days from the date of the offer).
- You may only accept one offer. This means that when you accept an offer for one qualification (irrespective of whether it is your first or second qualification of choice), the other offer will automatically fall away.
- You will only be permitted to register for the qualification for which you have accepted the offer.
- If you accept Unisa’s offer, you must register for the 2025 academic year. If not, you will have to re-apply during the next application period.
