You may apply to Unisa through SATAC, Direct applications or online.

UniSA Online follows the same study periods (terms) as the rest of the university, with courses starting at the same time and lasting 10 weeks. Applications for all degrees must be submitted before the start of the study period, but deadlines may vary between undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

• Applications for the first semester open on January 24, 2025.
• Applications for the second semester open on July 11, 2025.

SATAC Applications

• Applications for undergraduate and most postgraduate studies open in early August. For undergraduate degrees to start in semester one (late February), it is best to apply by late September. You can apply for entry after September, but there are late fees and equal consideration dates to be aware of.
