UNISA Registration Status 2025-2026: Unisa registration 2025-2026

If your application for admission is successful, you must register for the 2025 academic year. If you are not able to register for the 2025 academic year for any reason that you may have, you need to re-apply for the 2025 academic year.

You can check the status of your registration if only you have registered for the 2025-2026 academic year. The registration allows provisional students and continuing students of Unisa students to enrol in courses or programs that they have been offered.

The registration period begins a few weeks after the application portal has been closed. Students are given the chance to register for the courses and modules that they have applied for the 2025-2026 academic year.

How To Register Online At UNISA 2025-2026

Follow the steps below to register online at Unisa for the 2025-2026 academic year;

• Visit the Unisa web registration page.
• Choose the qualification level and then click “Go”.
• Enter your student number in the block provided and the other details as required. (If you don’t have a student number you won’t be able to continue. You’ll need to apply online for admission.)
• Check your details on the screen. Change any contact details that are missing or incorrect. It is very important to provide your correct address and cellphone numbers. Incorrect information may delay the delivery of your study material and prevent you from receiving important information from the university.
• Click on the modules from the drop-down list for which you want to register. Ensure that you meet all the qualification requirements for your selected modules. You must

1. meet all the pre-requisites and co-requisites for the selected module
2. select the correct period (1 = first semester; 2 = second semester; 0 = year module)
3. The language of tuition for each module is indicated in the module information.

• Do not exceed the prescribed number of modules per semester or year, as this may result in a delay in your registration being processed. Unisa retains the right to remove modules based on the number of credits allowed per semester and by the fees paid. Please take note of the maximum period you have to complete your qualification.

Calculate your fees

1. Use the free quotation link on the Unisa website (http://www.unisa.ac.za/feequote) to obtain a quote for the cost of your modules.
2. Note the minimum fee that must be paid before Unisa will process your registration. If these fees are more than you can afford, remove modules until you can afford the fees.
3. You can make payment online, using the web credit card payment method.
4. If you don’t have a credit card, you can use one of the Unisa payment methods listed on this page. Retain your proof of payment in case of enquiries.

How to Check UNISA Registration Status 2025 Online

The University of South Africa, UNISA Registration Status 2025-2026 is available online. All UNISA applicants who were admitted for the 2025 application for admission, accepted UNISA’s offer and have registered must check their Registration Status for 2025. UNISA registration status second semester of 2025 is also available to all second-semester registrants. If you would like to check or track the registration status of UNISA Application 2025, follow the procedure below:

• Go to UNISA Registration Status 2025 website: https://myadmin.unisa.ac.za/registration-status/tool
• Enter your personal information for verification purposes
• Make sure you have your Student Number
• Then, Enter your student number in the space provided
• After that, you enter your Surname
• In the space provided, enter your Full first names
• Select your Date of Birth
• Click on “Continue” to check the status of your application for registration

PLEASE NOTE: If you have any trouble checking your registration status, please kindly read the error message carefully and correct your personal information before you click on “Continue” to check the status of your registration. This will enable the system to process your registration status timeously for the 2025 academic year.
