Nursing Application Date At Unisa 2025-2026

Below are the application dates  to apply for qualifications at Unisa;

• Undergraduate Applications for admission to undergraduate qualifications for the 2025 academic year are to be open from 21 August to 11 October 2024.
• Applications for admission to honours degrees and postgraduate diplomas for the 2025 academic year are to be open from 21 August to 11 October 2024.
• Applications for admission to master’s and doctoral degrees for the 2025 academic year are to be open from 2 September to 22 November 2024 (some exceptions apply).
• Application and registration for Unisa’s Short Learning Programmes are open from 14 May to 19 July 2024.

UNISA Nursing School Admission Requirements 2025

Below are the minimum admission requirements for any applicant who wishes to study nursing at the University of South Africa (UNISA):

Mathematics, Physical Sciences, and Biology are recommended for Matriculation studies. Candidates will be admitted to the program if they have completed level 4 or literacy level 5 in mathematics, level 4 in physical science, and level 4 in life science.

Clinical training will take place at general and midwifery hospitals, mental hospitals, the community, and community health service facilities in the province in question.
